Client Briefing: Ellen sets up a briefing with Lisa where you will further explore your audience, your goals, and what services Lisa can provide.
Contract: Once we’ve determined the appropriate fit, we address the details, send you a letter of agreement, and book the dates.
Promotional Materials: To create excitement about your upcoming event, we provide the tools you need to promote Lisa’s speaking engagement.
Set-up: Our set-up sheet makes it easy for you to have our simple yet required set-up in place for our part of the event – no surprises – no demands for only green M&Ms – just what we know works.
Intro: Again, so no guesswork is involved; we provide you with the proper introduction for Lisa that’s customized specifically for your audience.
Details: Are we signing books? Is Lisa doing a meet-and-greet or separate break-out? We address the details that make your event unique and special.
Travel: We handle Lisa’s travel arrangements within the agreed-upon guidelines.
Pre-Event Confirmation: Sometimes we book a year in advance, so we take care to re-confirm all details prior to your event in case your needs have evolved since the booking date.

Post-Event Follow-Up: We like to do a post-event debriefing where we assess the success of the event and determine what if any follow-up is needed. Examples of post-event extension of the message activities include webinars, newsletters, and training programs.
